Bluff National Park Golf Club

This Championship layout, designed by golf course architect Alan Barnard, was opened for play in 1990. At first sight the generous fairways, on gently undulating terrain leading to large receptive greens, will give the impression that this will be little trouble to bother the wayward shot. Do not be fooled. The course, measuring 6318 metres from the back tees, has a rating of 73 and the challenge lies in clever and intimidating water features created from storm water channels that criss-cross the entire golf course. Another factor will also be the wind. This can prove to be a major factor in determining the degree of difficulty on this exposed terrain.

LOCATION

From Durban, take the M4, then the M7 towards the sea until you find the Bluff road.
